▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of oil-soluble graphene-modified styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer hydrophobic catalyst carrier involves mixing graphene with hexadecyltrimethoxysilane or mixing graphene with γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane to obtain modified graphene, mixing water, organic polymer stabilizer, carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate to obtain an aqueous phase, mixing the modified graphene, styrene, divinylbenzene, toluene, n-heptane, ethylene dichloride and benzoyl peroxide to obtain an oil phase, adding the oil phase to aqueous phase, polymerizing, filtering, washing, drying and sieving. USE - Preparation of oil-soluble graphene-modified styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer hydrophobic catalyst carrier. ADVANTAGE - The method uses single-layer flake structure graphene and hexadecyltrimethoxysilane or γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane as modifier, and is capable of improving oil solubility of graphene and providing oil-soluble graphene-modified styrene divinylbenzene copolymer hydrophobic catalyst carrier having good compressive strength, thermal stability and hydrophobicity.
