▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Low-zinc heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating based on carbon nanotubes and graphene comprises component A and component B in a mass ratio of 5-10:1, where the component A comprising 20-30 pts. wt. self-grinding ultra-dispersed carbon nano-tube and graphene compound conductive paste, 4-10 pts. wt. n-butanol solvent, 15-30 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 2-8 pts. wt. silicate, 30-50 pts. wt. zinc powder, 5-40 pts. wt. silica fume powder filler, and 0.5-2 pts. wt. organic bentonite, and component B is a polyamide curing agent. USE - The coating is useful in ship, bridge, railway, marine facilities, petrochemical industry, container and large equipment. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has excellent in characteristics nano-tube and graphene; forms a stable conductive network, activates the zinc particles in the coating to generate synergistic effect; generates strong network structure between the zinc, which greatly improves the utilization rate of the zinc; has improved compactness of the coating, water resistance, adhesion and toughness, and has more excellent antireflective function than the zinc-rich coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing low-zinc heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating based on carbon nanotubes and graphene.
