NOVELTY - In order to overcome the existing wind power blade, wing de-icing device heating is not uniform, the performance is not permanent, so as to provide a heating device, comprising an electrode, a heating layer, an upper packaging layer, a lower packaging layer, the heating layer is set on the surface of the lower packaging layer; the upper packaging layer is set on the surface of the heating layer away from the lower packaging layer, the electrode is connected with the heating layer, the heating layer is graphene glass conductive fibre woven body. Through setting the heating layer weaved by graphene glass conductive fibre in the heating device, electrifying to realize the uniform heating of the wind power blade and the wing surface, simple structure, at the same time, not affecting the existing mechanical strength of the blade.
