▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The modulator has a first graphite arranged with an upper surface of a micro-ring waveguide resonant cavity (3). Lower and upper parts of the first graphite are arranged with each other. The first graphite and a second graphite are arranged with two electrodes. A waveguide micro-ring waveguide resonant cavity is arranged between the first graphite and the second graphite. An isolation layer is made of aluminum oxide material. The electrodes are made of gold, silver, copper, platinum, titanium, nickel, cobalt and palladium materials. A substrate layer (1) is made of silicon dioxide material. USE - Graphene-chalcogenide glass micro-ring resonator based infrared electric light modulator. ADVANTAGE - The modulator has high modulation rate and compatibility, better amorphous characteristics and heating stability. The modulator can regulate a direct light waveguide to realize infrared light signal modulation function.
