▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of symmetrical micro energy storage material involves (1) mixing metal organic framework, conductive agent and an adhesive in a mass ratio of 8-5:3-1:2-1, adding dispersing agent for dispersion and stirring at a high speed to obtain three-dimensional printing slurry, (2) injecting the slurry into a three-dimensional printer, setting printing parameters and printing 2-8 layers of three-dimensional symmetrical interdigital electrodes on a substrate, (3) soaking the prepared electrode in water, pre-freezing, and freeze-drying at -70℃ to -50℃ to form hole, (4) placing in electrolyte to electrodeposit transition metal oxide, and drying. The metal-organic framework is selected from one or more of ZIF67, ZIF7 and ZIF8. USE - Preparation of symmetrical micro energy storage material based on three-dimensional printing technology used for assembling miniature energy storage device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides high-performance symmetrical type micro energy storage device with improved specific capacity, energy and power density. The surface area of the energy storage material is large, and improves the adsorption capacity and electrochemical performance of the ion.
