▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing graphene corrugated film optical fiber F-P sound pressure sensor, comprises (i) selecting graphene film, optical fiber ferrule, single-mode optical fiber and adhesive, (ii) preparing graphene corrugated film by forming a groove-shaped corrugated substrate through a photolithography process, (iii) grinding the end face of the optical fiber ferrule to make it flat and smooth, and using deionized water for ultrasonic cleaning, (iv) coating adhesive on the periphery of the end face of the optical fiber ferrule, (v) fixing the fiber ferrule with the graphene corrugated film, inserting the single-mode fiber into the ferrule hole to a proper depth, and fixing, (vi) connecting single-mode fiber with pigtail connector to one port of three-port circulator, and connecting the other two ports of the circulator to the broadband light source and spectrum analyzer respectively, and (vii) using the micro-displacement platform to insert the single-mode fiber into the fiber ferrule. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing graphene corrugated film optical fiber F-P sound pressure sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor: has simple structure, small size, high sensitivity, and anti-electromagnetic interference; and has important research significance and application value in the field of acoustic detection e.g. aerospace, noise measurement, and voice interaction.
