▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene welding strip involves preparing materials, preparing substrate, and arranging conductive layer and welding layer on the substrate sequentially, where conductive layer is graphene layer. USE - Method for preparing graphene welding strip for use in solar battery assembly used for directly converting light energy into electric energy by photoelectric effect or photo-chemical effect. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to replace the traditional copper strip surface plating welding strip, reduce welding strip quality, greatly reduce production cost, reduce harm of heavy metal lead, and is eco-friendly welding strip. The graphene has higher conductivity than copper and silver, greatly increases the conductive efficiency of the photovoltaic welding belt, and reduces the loss of the electric energy to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency. The method enables to solve the technical problem of high cost of solar assembly welding strip material in the existing technology and environment pollution, and prepared welding belt has low cost, environment friendly, and high conductivity.
