NOVELTY - The preparation method of nitrogen doped carbon fiber/nitrogen doped graphene/bacterial cellulose membrane material involves immersing bacterial cellulose in deionized water, ultrasonically cleaning, uniformly dispersing in deionized water, transferring to homogenizer and high-speed stirring to give obtain bacterial cellulose slurry, ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water to obtain graphene dispersion liquid, adding bacterial cellulose slurry to graphene dispersion liquid and stirring, dispersing pyrrole monomer in deionized water and stirring. USE - The method is useful for preparing nitrogen doped carbon fiber/nitrogen doped graphene/bacterial cellulose membrane material, which is useful in supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical preparation of nitrogen doped carbon fiber/nitrogen doped graphene/bacterial cellulose membrane material with excellent mechanical properties and without corrosion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of nitrogen doped carbon fiber/nitrogen doped graphene/bacterial cellulose membrane material involves immersing bacterial cellulose in deionized water, ultrasonically cleaning, uniformly dispersing in deionized water, transferring to homogenizer and high-speed stirring to obtain bacterial cellulose slurry, ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water to obtain graphene dispersion liquid, adding bacterial cellulose slurry to graphene dispersion liquid and stirring to obtain mixture (A), dispersing pyrrole monomer in deionized water, stirring and uniformly dispersing, adding pyrrole monomer to mixture (A) and stirring to obtain mixture (B), dissolving oxidizing agent in deionized water to obtain oxidizing agent solution, adding oxidizing agent solution to the mixture (B), polymerizing polypyrrole coated graphene composite material with bacterial cellulose, filtering, and freeze-drying solid phase to obtain precursor, carbonizing precursor in tubular furnace to obtain nitrogen-doped carbon fiber/nitrogen-doped graphene composite material, ultrasonically dispersing nitrogen-doped carbon fiber/nitrogen-doped graphene composite material and surfactant in deionized water to obtain dispersion liquid (C), washing bacterial cellulose with deionized water, uniformly dispersing in deionized water, and transferring to high-speed homogenizer and stirring to obtain substrate with bacterial cellulose slurry, filtering, and adding substrate with bacterial cellulose slurry to dispersion liquid (C), then placing in vacuum oven and drying. The oxidizing agent is ammonium persulfate. The mass ratio of carbon fiber and nitrogen-doped graphene is (2-20):1. The molar ratio of pyrrole monomer and oxidizing agent is (0.2-6):1. The total mass ratio of nitrogen-doped carbon fiber/nitrogen-doped graphene/bacterial cellulose membrane material is (0.1-1):1. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of nitrogen doped carbon fiber/nitrogen doped graphene/bacterial cellulose membrane material in supercapacitor.
