▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation method of graphene and zinc selenide-cadmium selenide core-shell microsphere complex nano material comprises (A) adding deionized water to the selenium powder and sodium sulfite, and heating the reaction while stirring under nitrogen protection to obtain a colorless and transparent sodium selenosulfate solution, (B) dissolving zinc acetate, cadmium acetate and graphene oxide in deionized water, adding sodium selenosulfate solution, and adding hydrazine hydrate while stirring to obtain a mixed solution,(C) transferring the mixed solution to an autoclave lined with polytetrafluoroethylene, and reacting in a vacuum drying oven at 180 degrees C for 24 hours, and (D) quickly adding the autoclave into ice water for quenching, washing the cooled reaction solution with deionized water and absolute ethanol and then vacuum drying to obtain graphene/zinc selenide-cadmium selenide complex nanomaterial. USE - The complex nano material is useful in light control fields e.g. film-locked pulse lasers, optical switches, optical memories, and optical modulators. ADVANTAGE - The complex nano material has saturated absorption.
