▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene metal tank static conductive oil-resistant heavy anticorrosive paint comprises graphene-containing epoxy resin as component A and phenolic aldehyde amine-containing curing agent as component B, where the component A is composed of 601 epoxy resin having medium molecular weight, graphene, titanium dioxide anatase BA01, flaky graphite powder, xylene, butanol, barium sulfate and BYK-066N (RTM: Foam destroying polysiloxane), and the component B is composed of phenolic aldehyde amine curing agent T31, DMP-30 curing agent, xylene and butanol. USE - Used as graphene metal tank static conductive oil-resistant heavy anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint: utilizes graphene having excellent static conductive performance which meets the performance and requirements of electrostatic conduction technology with a small amount of addition; and has excellent electrostatic conductivity, excellent acid and alkali-resistance, excellent mechanical property, reasonable cost, and oleic acid resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene metal tank static conductive oil-resistant heavy anticorrosive paint, comprising (i) placing 601 epoxy resin having epoxy equivalent of 450-560 in a kettle having butanol and xylene, dissolving by stirring at high speed to obtain uniform viscous liquid, adding titanium dioxide anatase BA01, flaky graphite powder, barium sulfate and BYK-066N (RTM: Foam destroying polysiloxane) into uniform viscous liquid, stirring at high speed for 25 minutes, grinding for 1-2 times, adding graphene for high speed dispersion for 30 minutes, filtering and packaging, i.e. component A, (ii) taking phenolic aldehyde amine curing agent T31, DMP-30 curing agent, xylene and butanol into a stirring barrel, mixing by stirring at medium-speed, and placing in a plastic barrel to obtain component B, and (iii) mixing step (ii) product and step (i) product in a ratio of 100:10 to obtain final product.
