▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Polymer dye is prepared by (a) adding dry powder of graphene oxide to water, dispersing in an ultrasonic-disperser at 400-600 W for 2-4 hours to obtain a graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, (b) adding diisocyanate, polyester polyol, polyether polyol and acetone to a reaction kettle equipped with a condensing reflux device in order, heating at 70-85 degrees C for 1.5-3.5 hours for reacting, cooling to 50 degrees C, adding 2,2-dimethylolpropanoic acid chain extension agent and catalyst, heating and reacting at 70-85 degrees C for 1-2 hours, cooling to 50 degrees C, adding a small molecule dye for end-capping reaction, heating at 70-85 degrees C for 1-3 hours, cooling to room temperature, adding neutralizer, reacting for 0.5-1 hour, adding the reacted product to an emulsifying barrel, adding deionized water and the graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, stirring and shearing to obtain a polymer dye emulsion, and (c) removing the acetone by evaporating to obtain the product with a solid content of 28-32%. USE - The dye is useful for leather finishing applications. ADVANTAGE - The dye has excellent heat-resistant, sunlight-resistant, high-color fastness, aging resistance and leveling properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Polymer dye is prepared by (a) adding dry powder of graphene oxide to water, controlling mass fraction to 0.2-0.5%, dispersing in an ultrasonic-disperser at 400-600 W for 2-4 hours to obtain a graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, (b) adding 100-150 pts. wt. diisocyanate, 5-15 pts. wt. polyester polyol, 50-70 pts. wt. polyether polyol and 30-40 pts. wt. acetone to a reaction kettle equipped with a condensing reflux device in order, heating at 70-85 degrees C for 1.5-3.5 hours for reacting, cooling to 50 degrees C, adding 35-40 pts. wt. 2,2-dimethylolpropanoic acid chain extension agent and 0.1 pt. wt. catalyst, heating and reacting at 70-85 degrees C for 1-2 hours, cooling to 50 degrees C, adding 7-18 pts. wt. small molecule dye for end-capping reaction, heating at 70-85 degrees C for 1-3 hours, cooling to room temperature, adding 36-42 pts. wt. neutralizer, continue reacting for 0.5-1 hour, adding the reacted product to an emulsifying barrel, adding 8000-9000 pts. wt. deionized water and the graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, stirring and shearing to obtain a polymer dye emulsion, and (c) removing the acetone by evaporating to obtain the product with a solid content of 28-32%.
