NOVELTY - Preparing light warm-aerogel modified fiber comprises (a) taking sodium nitrate reagent and graphite powder in concentrated sulfuric acid solution for ice bath stirring, taking potassium permanganate powder while stirring for many times and adding to the mixed solution, continuously stirring until the dark brown reaction paste, subsequently cooling to room temperature, adding hydrogen peroxide solution, taking the precipitate after centrifugation and drying to obtain the graphene oxide fragment, (b) adding carbon fiber, ultrasonically dissolving the mixed liquid, fully dissolving carbon fibers, adding ascorbic acid, continuously stirring to obtain uniform stirrer, and freezing and drying to obtain the graphene aerogel, and (c) taking acetate nitrile composite fiber melting to obtain spinning solution, forming by fiber, nascent fiber drafting orientation, and fiber heat setting and winding to obtain the light warm-keeping modified fiber aerogel. USE - The method is useful in clothes. ADVANTAGE - The method can further reduce the heat transfer speed in the gas gel so as to improve the heat storage and heat insulation capability of the whole by using graphene oxide to modify the aerogel, at the same time, graphene and carbon fiber further affect the gas gels internal gap structure, reduces the density of the gels, makes it more light, realizes fiber preparation by wet spinning with the vinegar nitrile composite fiber, and the warm-keeping effect is more excellent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing light warm-aerogel modified fiber comprises (a) taking sodium nitrate reagent, graphite powder in concentrated sulfuric acid solution for ice bath stirring, taking potassium permanganate powder while stirring for many times and adding to the mixed solution, continuously stirring until the dark brown reaction paste, adding hot water, stirring and heating, continuously stirring, subsequently cooling to room temperature, adding hydrogen peroxide solution, changing the reactant color from brown to bright yellow, taking out and filtering, re-dispersing in the deionized water, subsequent washing by hydrochloric acid liquid, centrifuging, taking the precipitate after centrifugation and drying to obtain the graphene oxide fragment, (b) adding carbon fiber, ultrasonically dissolving the mixed liquid, fully dissolving carbon fibers, adding ascorbic acid, continuously stirring to obtain uniform stirrer, placing in the incubator, taking out and replacing cleaning impurity with deionized water, and freezing and drying to obtain the graphene aerogel, and (c) taking acetate nitrile composite fiber melting to obtain spinning solution, adding the graphene aerogel into the spinning solution, uniformly mixing, spraying through spinneret hole, forming by fiber, nascent fiber drafting orientation, and fiber heat setting and winding to obtain the light warm-keeping modified fiber aerogel.
