NOVELTY - Lactic acid ion sensor based on graphene/polypyrrole comprises substrate, spiral interdigital electrode and composite film. The composite film comprises layered graphene and polypyrrole film coated on upper surface of layered graphene. USE - Lactic acid ion sensor based on graphene/polypyrrole used for monitoring human body in sweat metabolic products of wearable electronic sensor in health detection; used as lactate concentration for detecting environment liquid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lactate ion sensor has high ion response degree, wide detection range, high surface flatness, adjustable material thickness and performance, stable chemical property, long service life, and good durability of material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing lactate ion sensor based on graphene/polypyrrole, which involves: (1) performing patterning process on surface of pre-treated substrate by photo-etching process; (2) depositing titanium (Ti) and gold (Au) on patterned substrate by physical vapour deposition method, and peeling off excess Ti/Au from substrate by stripping process, obtaining interdigital electrode with spiral shape; (3) preparing graphene by chemical vapour deposition method, and using wet transfer to transfer graphene to substrate surface with electrode; (4) using electrochemical polymerization, in-situ polymerization of polypyrrole on graphene film to obtain graphene polypyrrole composite film; (5) etching composite film of graphene/polypyrrole for channelizing treatment, and two ends of composite film are connected with electrode to obtain lactate ion sensor.
