NOVELTY - Functional anti-corrosion filler capable of stably dispersed in aqueous phase comprises thiazole grafted graphene oxide, carboxylated aniline trimer, sodium hydroxide and deionized water at a mass ratio of 18-22:8-12: 2-4:95-105, where the thiazole grafted graphene oxide is obtained by reacting graphene oxide, 2-amino thiazole, dicyclohexyl carbodiimide, 1-hydroxybenzotriazole and dimethylformamide, and the carboxylated aniline trimer is prepared by reacting aniline tripolymer, succinic anhydride and tetrahydrofuran. USE - The functional anti-corrosion filler is useful for preparing aqueous anti-corrosion organic resin coating composition (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The filler is environmentally-friendly, and is efficient and convenient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for A preparation method of functional anti-corrosion filler comprising (i) mixing the graphene, 2-amino thiazole, dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, 1-hydroxy benzotriazole and dimethylformamide, ultrasonically dispersing for 1 hour, then stirring and reacting at room temperature for 24 hours, centrifuging and washing to obtain thiazole graft oxidation graphene, (ii) mixing aniline trimer, succinic anhydride and tetrahydrofuran, reacting at 45℃ for 4 hours, and using petroleum ether to precipitate and filter to obtain carboxylated aniline trimer, and (iii) mixing thiazole graft oxidation graphene, carboxylated aniline trimer, sodium hydroxide and deionized water, ultrasonically processing at room temperature for 1 hour to obtain functional anti-corrosion filler; and An aqueous anti-corrosive organic resin coating composition comprising functional anti-corrosion filler containing aqueous organic resin material.
