NOVELTY - A graphene oxide-hydrogel composite drug carrier is prepared by polymerizing water-soluble graphene oxide, hydroxyethyl methylacrylate and N-vinyl pyrrolidone in water in the presence of a redox initiator. The water-soluble graphene oxide is graphene oxide-segmented polyether F-127 mixed aqueous solution. USE - Graphene oxide-hydrogel composite drug carrier. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide-hydrogel composite drug carrier is economically prepared with excellent biocompatibility, processability and drug controlled-release capability.
