NOVELTY - A graphene ultrafine fiber polyurethane synthetic leather comprises surface layer, an intermediate layer and a adhesive layer, which is high performance water-based non-yellowing polyurethane resin, nylon, graphene, microfiber polyurethane synthetic substrate, anti-wear agent, light stabilizer, flame retardant masterbatch and pure water, the top layer comprises 80-120 pts. wt. high performance water-based non-yellowing polyurethane resin, 12-18 pts. wt. nylon, 6-10 pts. wt. water-based organic pigment, 1-30 pts. wt. anti-wear agent, 0.4-3.2 pts. wt. light-proof agent, 4-10 pts. wt. flame retardant masterbatch, and 8-32 pts. wt. pure water, intermediate layer comprises 900-1100 pts. wt. high performance water-based non-yellowing polyurethane resin, 40-65 pts. wt. aqueous organic pigment, 1-30 pts. wt. anti-wear agent, 0.4-3.2 pts. wt. light stabilizer, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 8-32 pts. wt. pure water, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate.
