NOVELTY - An emergency starting power supply capable of stabilizing output power comprises starting battery, shell (2) provided with a plug (3), first interface, waterproof component (5) for preventing the first interface from water inlet, radiating component (6) and lighting component (7). The shell has rectangular structure. The plug is movably connected with the first interface. The first interface is electrically connected with the starting battery. The radiating component comprises radiating fan and graphene patches. USE - Emergency starting power supply capable of stabilizing output power. ADVANTAGE - The emergency starting power supply comprises a starting battery and a shell that is provided with a plug, where waterproof component is provided for preventing the interface from water inlet and a radiating assembly is located beside the shell, and thus enables to reduce the moisture and rainwater into the interior of the shell through the superposition of the two water baffles and the radiating grid.
