NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-blended natural cellulose melt-blown nonwoven cloth involves mixing dry oxidized graphite solid with distilled water, ultrasonically processing, obtaining oxidized graphite solution, adding sodium borohydride, ultrasonically processing, obtaining aqueous solution containing sodium borohydride graphene, filtering, washing, obtaining graphene aqueous solution, adding methyl methionine and wood pulp comprising long fiber wood pulp and short fiber wood pulp, heating, mixing with natural cellulose, heating, extruding, spinning, washing, rolling, drying and coiling. USE - Preparation of graphene-blended natural cellulose melt-blown nonwoven cloth (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables environmentally-friendly preparation of graphene-blended natural cellulose melt-blown nonwoven cloth having excellent antistatic property and thermal conductivity, without using toxic hydrazine hydrate solution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-blended natural cellulose melt-blown nonwoven cloth involves adding sulfuric acid having concentration of 1-10 wt.% to graphite powder, stirring in ice bath for 30 minutes, adding potassium permanganate having concentration of 1-20 wt.% for 1-2 hours, adding distilled water, stirring, dripping hydrogen peroxide, filtering, reacting for 1 hour, dripping hydrogen peroxide having concentration of 1-10 wt.%, reacting until dark green solution is generated, filtering, washing filter cake with 0.5% hydrochloric acid, removing sulfate ions, washing with distilled water, oven-drying at 40 degrees C for 2 hours, obtaining dry oxidized graphite solid, mixing 0.06 g resultant product with 200 ml distilled water, ultrasonically processing for 30 minutes, obtaining oxidized graphite solution having concentration of 0.03-0.5 wt.%, adding 0.06 g sodium borohydride, ultrasonically processing for 30-60 minutes, obtaining aqueous solution containing sodium borohydride graphene, filtering, washing, washing, removing sodium borohydride, obtaining graphene aqueous solution, adding 50-78 wt.% methyl methionine and wood pulp comprising long fiber wood pulp and short fiber wood pulp in mixing ratio of 0:100-100:0, heating to 60-80 degrees C, removing moisture, mixing with natural cellulose, heating, extruding, spinning, washing, rolling, drying and coiling.
