NOVELTY - Preparing magnetic oxide graphene oxide, comprises preparing graphene oxide solution, mixing uniformly the graphene oxide solution, iron salt solution and aqueous ammonia-ammonium nitrate solution, then heating to 50-70 degrees C, and ultrasonic irradiating at 70-90 degrees C. USE - The method is useful for preparing magnetic oxide graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The magnetic oxide graphene oxide: has stable production process and simple operation.
