NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide, involves adding graphite powder, sodium nitrate and concentrated sulfuric acid to reactor, stirring uniformly, adding potassium perchlorate and potassium permanganate to reactor, magnetically stirring reactor containing solution, adding deionized water to reactor, heating reactor at 95-99 degrees C for 10-30 minutes, adding hydrogen peroxide to reactor, centrifuging to obtain graphene oxide suspension, washing graphene oxide suspension with hydrochloric acid and deionized water until graphene oxide suspension pH reaches 7, filtering and drying obtained product. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide for manufacturing tire tread. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene oxide with high performance. The graphene oxide provides excellent electrical conductivity, and prolonged service life to tire tread. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene oxide, involves adding graphite powder, sodium nitrate and concentrated sulfuric acid to reactor, stirring uniformly, adding potassium perchlorate and potassium permanganate to reactor, magnetically stirring reactor containing solution for 20-24 hours, adding deionized water to reactor, heating reactor at 95-99 degrees C for 10-30 minutes, adding hydrogen peroxide to reactor, centrifuging to obtain graphene oxide suspension, washing graphene oxide suspension with hydrochloric acid and deionized water until graphene oxide suspension pH reaches 7, filtering to obtain filter cake, and vacuum drying obtained filter cake.
