▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The graphite fiber nonwoven fabric comprises graphite fibers with a diameter of 1-1000 mu m to form a network structure. The graphene fibers are fused at nodes with each other, and are oriented in axial direction by graphite thin sheet. USE - Graphite fiber nonwoven fabric used as multi-functional high-performance fabric. ADVANTAGE - The graphite fiber nonwoven fabric has good mechanical strength and toughness, excellent thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphite fiber nonwoven fabric, which involves: (A) preparing oxidized graphene dispersion in the form of N,N-dimethylformamide as a spinning solution; (B) extruding spinning liquid into spinning tube to get coagulation fluid at room temperature; (C) drying in vacuum at 60 degrees C for 5-30 hours to obtain a film of oxidized graphene fiber; (D) re-dispersing the obtained thin film in a mixture of water and ethanol to obtain a suspension of graphene fiber; (E) filtering and depositing the oxidized graphene fiber to obtain an oxidized graphene fiber nonwoven fabric on the filter; (F) washing the non-woven fabric with ethanol; and (G) drying graphene fiber nonwoven fabric to obtain the graphene fiber nonwoven fabric.
