NOVELTY - A graphene surface loaded platinum silver nanocomposite material comprises active component of silver and platinum alloy, and silver platinum nanometer granule having hollow structures on the graphene carrier surface to form a composite material, where the outer diameter of the hollow silver platinum nanoparticles is 2-5 nm, an inner diameter is 0.1-3 nm, and vertical size of graphite alkene is micron grade.
