NOVELTY - Lubricating oil additive comprises 15-22 pts. wt. hydrotalcite precursor, 18-27 pts. wt. graphene, 13-19 pts. wt. molybdenum oxide, 12-18 pts. wt. tungsten trioxide, 11-16 pts. wt. mixed amide, 8-13 pts. wt. fatty amine, 6-11 pts. wt. organic titanate, 12-16 pts. wt. water-soluble silicate, 4-8 pts. wt. aqueous ammonia and 4-9 pts. wt. organic solvent. USE - Used as lubricating oil additive. ADVANTAGE - The additive improves the antiwear and extreme pressure performance of the lubricating oil, is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing lubricating oil additive, comprising (i) introducing a mixture of graphene, molybdenum oxide and tungsten trioxide into a ball mill, mixing the ball mill for 2-3 hours and dispersing into nanoparticles under ultrasonication to obtain a nano-mixture, (ii) mixing the mixed amide, nano-mixture and hydrotalcite precursor, introducing into the mixer, heating and stirring at 80-90 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, where the stirring speed is 200-300 revolutions/minute, adding ammonia water, cooling to normal temperature and stirring the reaction for 1-2 hours to obtain a mixture I, (iii) adding a fatty amine and a water-soluble silicate to the mixture, introducing into a blender, mixing under magnetic stirring for 15-25 minutes and filtering to remove the precipitate and obtaining a mixture II, (iv) adding organic titanate and organic solvent into the mixture II, stirring the reaction for 2-3 hours at 65-75 degrees C and a pressure of 2-4 Mpa, heating to 95-100 degrees C, placing under a vacuum environment, with drawing the low-boiling substance and obtaining the product by filtration.
