NOVELTY - Corrosion-resistant graphene electrophoretic paint comprises epoxy resin and graphene oxide, modified epoxy resin produced by the reaction of surface-treated carbon nanotubes and surface-treated silicon carbide. The surface-treated carbon nanotubes are carbon nanotubes coated with epoxy resin. The surface-treated silicon carbide is silicon carbide coated with epoxy resin. USE - Used as corrosion-resistant graphene electrophoretic paint. ADVANTAGE - The graphene electrophoretic paint coating has better corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing corrosion-resistant graphene electrophoretic paint according comprising (i) preparing graphene oxide dispersion, (ii) preparing epoxy resin-coated carbon nanotubes and epoxy resin-coated silicon carbide; (iii) In the presence of a chain extender, epoxy resin and the graphene oxide dispersion obtained in step (1), mixing epoxy resin-coated carbon nanotubes with epoxy resin-coated silicon carbide, heating to obtain the modified epoxy resin.
