NOVELTY - Preparing phase change energy storage complex film with sandwich interlayer structure comprises (i) firstly dissolving at least one of poly (ethylene-g-maleic anhydride) or polyacrylonitrile maleic anhydride or polyacrylonitrile-acrylic acid-maleic anhydride in toluene, adding alkyl alcohol, stirring to completely dissolve, and adding as catalyst A, reacting, precipitating the product in the distilled water, filtering to obtain the crude product, repeatedly washing in anhydrous methanol, drying, (ii) dropping a certain amount of polyethylene glycol monomer into the graphene oxide dispersion liquid under stirring, adding nitric acid solution containing a certain amount of ammonium ceric nitrate (1-3 mg/ml), centrifuging the original suspension, washing for 5 times to remove unreacted monomer or residual homopolymer, (iii) preparing the self-assembled sandwich complex film. USE - The method is useful for preparing phase change energy storage complex film with sandwich interlayer structure. ADVANTAGE - The sheet-shaped embedded structure: enhances the inter-layer bond strength but also strengthens the inter-layer interaction, the introduction of phase change materials gives the complex material its thermal storage characteristics. The method is simple to operate, economical, and environmentally friendly; and controllable in the number of layers and thickness and energy-saving production process with a wide range of applications. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing phase change energy storage complex film with sandwich interlayer structure comprises (i) firstly dissolving at least one of poly (ethylene-g-maleic anhydride) or polyacrylonitrile maleic anhydride or polyacrylonitrile-acrylic acid-maleic anhydride in toluene, adding alkyl alcohol, stirring to completely dissolve, and adding as catalyst A, reacting for 8-10 hours at 80 degrees C under the protection of nitrogen, finishing the reaction, precipitating the product in the distilled water, filtering to obtain the crude product, repeatedly washing for 3-4 times in anhydrous methanol, drying in vacuum oven at 50 degrees C to constant weight, (ii) dropping a certain amount of polyethylene glycol monomer into the graphene oxide dispersion liquid under stirring, adding nitric acid solution containing a certain amount of ammonium ceric nitrate (1-3 mg/ml), the polymerization process is at 60 degrees C under the protection of nitrogen for 8 hours at last, centrifuging the original suspension, washing for 5 times to remove unreacted monomer or residual homopolymer, (iii) preparing the self-assembled sandwich complex film by (a) ultrasonically dispersing the modified graphene oxide obtained in the step (ii) in water to obtain stable water dispersion (5-15 mg/ml), placing a certain amount of dispersion in the diameter of 50mm; micro-porous organic filter paper with aperture of 0.45 mu m for vacuum filtering auxiliary self-assembly, obtaining modified graphite oxide self-assembled lower substrate film, (b) dissolving the comb polymer obtained in the step (a) in the organic solvent and adding a certain amount of modified graphene oxide obtained in the step (b) to obtain mixed dispersion, dropping a certain amount of dispersion on the substrate film at 60 degrees C heat table to obtain the comb polymer phase change material interlayer, (c) self-assembling the obtained film by using a certain volume of modified oxidized graphite dispersion liquid in the step (a) to obtain the modified graphene oxide/comb polymer phase-change material complex film with sandwich interlayer structure.
