NOVELTY - Preparing heavy calcium carbonate composite filler involves taking the heavy calcium carbonate, adding to the ball milling tank of the vertical stirring ball mill, adding ethanol and zirconia balls, and performing ball milling for 30 minutes, controlling the temperature of the ball mill tank to be 80-95℃ through constant temperature circulating water, adding a composite surface modifier and performing ball milling for 15-30 minutes at a stirring speed of 300-600 r/minutes, adding magnesium stearate and ball milling for 15-30 minutes at a stirring speed of 300-600 r/minutes. The graphene dispersion is added, and ball milled for 1-2 hours at a stirring speed of 500-800 r/minutes, controlled the temperature of the ball milling tank to be 80-95℃, added super dispersant, set the stirring speed to be 800-1200 r/minutes, ball milled for 4-6 hours, taken out, used a screen to filter and retained the zirconia balls, and separates zirconia balls and materials.
