NOVELTY - The device has a large magnet (1) installed in a fixed magnetic box (2) that is made of iron material. A bearing support (4) is fixed with a cross shaft (5) that is fixed with a rolling bearing (6). The fixed magnetic box is fixed with four tension springs (7). The fixed magnetic box is fixed in a locating lead box (3) for locating and fixing the magnetic box. A strut (11) is welded on a base (10). The large magnet is provided with a heating layer (14) that is made of electric heating wire, carbon fibre or graphene. A heat insulating layer (15) is formed with a high temperature resistant heat insulation coating that is coated on the large magnet. An automatic control switch (16) is used for controlling rotating speed of a speed reducing speed regulating motor (12). The large magnet is used for massaging a human body and control the temperature of the heating layer. The speed-regulating motor and the heating layer are safety with voltage of less than 24 V.
