▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A sealant comprises graphene-polymer composite material and sealant matrix. The graphene-polymer composite material comprises graphene filled in polymer. The filling ratio of graphene on graphene polymer composite material is 10-50 wt.%. The graphene polymer composite materials are uniformly dispersed in sealant matrix. The weight fraction of sealant is 70-97%. The weight fraction of graphene polymer composite material is 3-30%. USE - Sealant used for liquid crystal panel of LCD (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sealant has high sealing property and high hydrophobicity, prevents the water vapor entered through sealant into display, prevents the occurrence of poor blackening of liquid crystal panel, and prevents the graphene agglomeration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) liquid crystal panel, which comprises color film substrate and array substrate bonded by sealant; (2) LCD, which comprises liquid crystal panel; and (3) production of liquid crystal panel, which involves subjecting sealant to defoaming treatment under a dark condition to obtain defoamed sealant, applying defoamed sealant to the frame of the color film substrate to obtain color film substrate coated with sealant, mixing the liquid crystal-emitting array substrate and plastic film-coated substrate to obtain product box, and carrying out UV polymerization and thermal polymerization.
