NOVELTY - Preparation method of graphene -based negative electrode reducing film, involves (1) mixing ferric graphene and iron group element metal precursor in water, fully stirring, then heating and stirring for 1-3 hours in water bath at 70-90 ℃, then freezing and drying, (2) grinding solid, dried into powder, fully mixing with melamine, mass of the melamine is 4-7 times of the mass of the oxidation graphene, then calcining under the argon gas atmosphere of the tubular furnace; cooling to room temperature, pickling, ultrapure water washing and filtering and drying to obtain nitrogen-doped metal graphene powder, and (3) diluting the catalyst powder prepared with ultrapure water and forming the catalyst dispersion liquid of 0.0005-0.002 mg/mL, and preparing the reducing and graphene dispersion liquid with the concentration of 0.0005-0.002 mg/mL.
