NOVELTY - Preparation of bimetallic hydroxide-nickel molybdate-graphene nanocomposite involves mixing a nickel source, a cobalt source and hexamethylene tetramine with distilled water in a reaction vessel, immersing a carbon cloth, sealing, heating, cooling to room temperature, washing, drying to produce nanosheet array, mixing nickel source, molybdenum source and hexamethylene tetramine with distilled water, mixing, immersing carbon cloth and prepared array, sealing, heating, cooling to room temperature, washing, drying, placing in an aqueous solution of graphene oxide, immersing and drying. USE - Preparation of bimetallic hydroxide-nickel molybdate-graphene nanocomposite used as flexible electrode material for supercapacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The bimetallic hydroxide-nickel molybdate-graphene nanocomposite has high purity, excellent dispersibility, crystal shape and reproducibility, and provides supercapacitor having long-term stability, large specific capacitance, and high energy density and power density.
