▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of injectable nanocomposite hydrogel involves preparing lyophilized graphene oxide and pH sensitive cyclodextrin; preparing 0.1-10 mg/mL camptothecin/dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), dissolving pH sensitive cyclodextrin in dichloromethane, mixing with camptothecin/DMSO to get pH sensitive cyclodextrin nanoparticles emulsion containing antitumor drug, ultrasonic dispersing graphene oxide/graphene in water and mixing with cyclodextrin nanoparticles emulsion. USE - Method for preparing injectable nanocomposite hydrogel used for treating diseases. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of injectable nanocomposite hydrogel comprises preparing lyophilized graphene oxide and pH sensitive cyclodextrin; preparing 0.1-10 mg/mL camptothecin/DMSO, dissolving pH sensitive cyclodextrin in dichloromethane to get 1-20% (w/v) cyclodextrin/methylene chloride solution, mixing camptothecin/DMSO and cyclodextrin/methylene chloride solution to synthetic oil phase with ratio of (1:10)-(10:1), sealing in ice bath, ultrasonicating for 2 minutes, adding 0.1-10% (w/v) polyvinyl alcohol/phosphate buffered saline (PBS) solution in water-oil ratio of (2:1)-(20:10), seal ultrasonicating for 3 minutes to get emulsion, adding 0.03-5% (w/v) polyvinyl alcohol/PBS solution in ratio of (2:1)-(1:10), stirring magnetically for 10 hours with 1300 revolutions/minute (rpm) speed and evaporating organic solvent to get pH sensitive cyclodextrin nanoparticles emulsion containing antitumor drug; and ultrasonic dispersing 1-20 mg/mL graphene oxide/graphene in water, mixing with cyclodextrin nanoparticles emulsion for 20 minutes, where mass ratio of polyvinyl alcohol and graphene oxide is (0.1:1)-(1:1).
