▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A cathode material comprises lithium titanium oxide-based particles and a nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot coating layer coated on the lithium-titanium oxide-based particles and having thickness of 1-6 nm and a structure in which several graphene quantum dots doped with nitrogen are respectively deposited on the lithium-titanium oxide particles. The nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots have size of 1-6 nm. USE - Cathode material is used in lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cathode material has excellent electrochemical characteristics. The lithium-ion battery containing the cathode battery has high capacity, excellent cycle characteristics, durability and suppressed generation of gas.
