▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-like biochar loaded with nano zero-valent iron composite, preparation method and its application, by: (1) dispersing ground and dried biomass into mixed solution of oxidant and weak acid, stirring evenly, carrying out hydrothermal treatment, collecting biomass and grinding; (2) preparing graphene-like structure biochar, heating the hydro-thermal activated biomass to 500-1100° C under the protection of gas, and keeping for 2-6 hours to prepare graphene-like structure biochar; (3) preparing graphene-like biochar loaded nano zero-valent iron composite material, adding graphene-like biochar into ferrous sulfate heptahydrate solution, stirring for period of time to mix evenly, adding sodium tetrahydridoborate solution, reducing ferrous ion to zero-valent iron, and the whole process is carried out under the protection of nitrogen; and (4) collecting the precipitate formed by the reaction in step (3), washing with absolute ethyl alcohol, and drying to form the composite material. USE - The composite is useful for efficient and synchronous method of removing cadmium and arsenic compound pollutants in irrigation water (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite provides method for efficiently and synchronously removing cadmium and arsenic compound pollutants in irrigation water body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene-like biochar loaded with nano zero-valent iron composite, preparation method and its application, comprises: (1) activation of biomass, dispersing the ground and dried biomass into the mixed solution of oxidant and weak acid, stirring evenly, carrying out hydrothermal treatment, collecting the biomass after hydrothermal treatment and grinding to obtain the biomass after hydrothermal activation; (2) preparing graphene-like structure biochar, heating the hydro-thermal activated biomass prepared in step (1) to 500-1100° C under the protection of gas, and keeping for 2-6 hours to prepare graphene-like structure biochar; (3) preparing graphene-like biochar loaded nano zero-valent iron composite material, adding graphene-like biochar prepared in step (2) into ferrous sulfate heptahydrate solution, stirring for a period of time to mix evenly, adding sodium tetrahydridoborate solution, reducing ferrous ion to zero-valent iron, and the whole process is carried out under the protection of nitrogen; and (4) collecting the precipitate obtained by the reaction in step (3), washing with absolute ethyl alcohol, and drying to obtain the graphene-like structure biochar-loaded nano zero-valent iron composite material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the efficient and synchronous method of removing cadmium and arsenic compound pollutants in irrigation water, comprising adding the graphene-like structure biochar loaded with nano zero-valent iron composite material into the water body to be treated and performing adsorption reaction for a period of time.
