▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation method of an aqueous nano toughened thermal insulation coating, comprises: taking polyurethane emulsion, under shearing state, adding auxiliary agent and heat insulating filler in turn, stirring and dispersing to obtain heat insulating coating, where the heat insulating filler is one or a mixture of hollow glass microspheres and nanosheets, and the nanosheets are mesoporous silica/graphene/mesoporous silica nanosheets with a sandwich structure. The nanosheets are prepared by dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, adding cetrimonium chloride solution and triethanolamine, stirring for 60 minutes, slowly adding tetraethyl orthosilicate/cyclohexane solution, reacting for 3 hours, centrifuging, dispersing into hydroiodic acid solution, keeping in 80°C oil bath for 120 minutes, and washing to obtain nanosheets. USE - The method is used for preparation of an aqueous nano toughened thermal insulation coating (claimed) which is useful in production equipment and transportation routes. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous nano toughening insulating coating has low density, high strength, high thermal stability, large specific surface area, infrared light absorption, excellent heat preservation effect, improved heat-insulating performance of the coating, increased contact sheet and the coating between the position, reduced internal stress of coating material, and improved toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an aqueous nano toughened thermal insulation coating prepared by the above method.
