▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-and-titanium dioxide composite material is prepared by adding titanium dioxide powder in the type of P25 to tetrahydrofuran solution of 10, 10'-dibromo-9, 9'-bianthracene in a graphite composite rate of 0.1-1 wt.%, stirring, evaporating tetrahydrofuran, processing remainder at temperature of 200 degrees C for 30 minutes, and calcining the processed powder product in an inert gas such as nitrogen or argon at temperature of 400 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain the graphene-and-titanium dioxide composite material. USE - Graphene-and-titanium dioxide composite material for an anode of a dye-sensitized solar cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material can improve photoelectric conversion efficiency of the dye-sensitized solar cell, and is manufactured in a simple and economical manner with better reproducibility.
