▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing graphene-copper composite thin layer, comprises (a) producing a copper oxide layer on metal substrate by electroplating, (b) producing a hydrophobic layer of copper by reducing the copper oxide layer, and (c) producing graphene thin film by chemical vapor deposition on the hydrophobic layer of copper. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene-copper composite thin layer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses transfer process to produce graphene thin film. The layer has hydrophobic surface, high water droplets mobility, high chemical stability, and high temperature oxidation resistance; improves surface thermal conductivity; can be applied to desalination equipment, heat exchanger, and condenser; and is largely marketed.
