NOVELTY - Modified Orlon (RTM: acrylic fiber) product comprises Orlon (RTM: acrylic fiber) product having inside and outside provided with graphene sheet, where Orlon (RTM: acrylic fiber) product comprises acrylic fiber, acrylic yarn or Orlon (RTM: acrylic fiber) fabric. USE - Modified Orlon (RTM: acrylic fiber) product used for producing textile, underwear, protective clothing, thermal clothes and socks (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - After washing the modified Orlon (RTM: acrylic fiber) product for 50 times, the modified Orlon (RTM: acrylic fiber) product has specific resistance of less than or equal to 1x 105 Omega .cm. The modified Orlon (RTM: acrylic fiber) product has uniform distribution of graphene in acrylic fiber, uses graphite and/or graphene biomass for improving the conductivity of Orlon (RTM: acrylic fiber), and uses graphene oxide and/or graphene biomass for enhancing the far infrared performance of acrylic fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of modified Orlon (RTM: acrylic fiber) product comprising soaking the acrylic fiber product in graphene sheet dispersion, cooling, drying, and obtaining the product, where the soaking temperature is greater than the acrylic fiber glass temperature but less than the acrylic fiber viscous flow temperature, and soaking temperature is preferably 80-100 degrees C.
