▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing reduced graphene oxide anti-corrosion coatings comprises providing a metal substrate and pretreating by ultrasound in a polar organic solvent, and then adding a solution of a reducing agent to the substrate to obtain a reduced metal substrate. The reduced metal substrate is immersed in an aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide at 70 degrees C for 30 minutes and 5 hours. A solution of a reducing agent is added on the substrate coated with graphene oxide layers and dried the coated substrate at 150 degrees C. The substrate coated with graphene oxide layers is immersed an aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide under same conditions and subsequently repeated. USE - Method for producing reduced graphene oxide anti-corrosion coatings for electrochemical, electronic and optoelectronic devices (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces the graphene oxide anti-corrosion coatings in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with great resistance to corrosion, and obtains coatings that offer effective protection, minimizing corrosion and preserving or improving the conductivity of the coated parts or objects. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the samples of copper grids coated with graphene oxide reduced by different procedures and subjected to a thermal process in an oxygen atmosphere.
