NOVELTY - A solid-lubricated ball screw has a screw, a nut, a ball, a fixed seat, a scraper and a return pipe. The ball surface has a plasma-sprayed nickel-coated micro-graphite and a graphene coating having a thickness of 20-30 mu m. USE - Solid-lubricated ball screw (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The solid-lubricated ball screw has low friction coefficient, wear rate reduced by more than 50% and excellent plating resistance than chromium under load.
