NOVELTY - Controlled preparation of graphene or graphene oxide comprises mounting graphite powder between upper substrate and lower substrate and contacting upper and lower substrate; exciting lower substrate in horizontal vibration and ultrasonic transducing upper substrate in vertical vibration until predetermined number of cycles; and removing upper and lower substrate, washing and drying ultrasonic transducer with deionized water, and drying upper and lower substrate, where lower substrate is graphene or graphene oxide. USE - Method for controlled preparing of graphene or graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has high control degree, is simple and easy, and has high efficiency. The graphene or graphene oxide has stable property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a device comprising upper substrate, lower substrate, ultrasonic transducer, vibration generator, and bracket.
