NOVELTY - The method comprises (1) providing each raw material, where the raw material includes ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) material, graphene powder, and modifier, (2) grinding the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene material into powder, then mixing the graphene powder, the modifier and the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene powder, and performing melt extrusion after stirring, (3) obtaining spun silk through the spinning process, and (4) performing a spinning and coagulation bath, and finally drying to obtain high-strength and wear-resistant composite yarn, which is used for making indoor or outdoor wire and cable covered yarns. USE - Method for preparing high-strength wear-resistant composite fiber, which is useful in the field of indoor or outdoor wire and cable. ADVANTAGE - The method provides the high-strength and wear-resistant composite fiber for wires and cables. The high-strength and wear-resistant composite fiber has excellent strength, wear resistance, and anti-ultraviolet aging performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a high-strength wear-resistant composite fiber for electric wire cable.
