NOVELTY - The method involves blending an organic amine reagent and oxide graphene sol for 3-72 hours at 30120 degree centigrade in solvent. Weight ratio of the organic amine reagent and the solvent is 1: 120-400. Weight ratio of oxide graphene in the oxide graphene sol and the organic amine reagent is 1: 1-3. The organic amine reagent is selected from one of aromatic amine or peptide alkyl diamine. The organic amine reagent is selected from phenylene diamine, aniline, cystine, glycine, glycylglycine and quadrol. The solvent is selected from ethanol, glycol and water. USE - Oxide graphene composite material preparation method for checking heavy metal ion. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing amino functionalized oxide graphene composite material with large effective contact area, better electron conduction effect and better heavy metal ion catching capability.
