NOVELTY - Preparation of flame retardant anti-molten polyester material involves modifying graphene with silane coupling agent to obtain modified graphene; and adding modified graphene into ethylene glycol, performing ultrasonic dispersion, adding terephthalic acid, hexakis(4-nitrophenoxy) cyclotriphosphazene containing 0.15-0.25 wt.% copolymerized polyethylene terephthalate and catalyst ethylene glycol antimony, heating, and when the reaction water reaches more than 90% of theoretical value performing polycondensation reaction at 275-285 degrees C to obtain modified phosphorus-containing copolymerized PET. USE - Method for preparing flame retardant anti-molten polyester material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product is safe and reliable, and has limit oxygen index of more than 33%, and good flame-retardant effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of flame retardant anti-drop polyester material comprises modifying graphene with silane coupling agent to obtain modified graphene; adding modified graphene into ethylene glycol, performing ultrasonic dispersion, adding terephthalic acid, hexakis(4-nitrophenoxy) cyclotriphosphazene containing 0.15-0.25 wt.% copolymerized polyethylene terephthalate and catalyst ethylene glycol antimony, heating at 230-260 degrees C for esterification reaction, and when the reaction water reaches more than 90% of theoretical value performing polycondensation reaction at 275-285 degrees C to obtain modified phosphorus-containing copolymerized PET; and mixing modified graphene, modified phosphorus-containing copolymerized PET and polyvinyl silsesquioxane, and PTFE at 100:0.4-1.0:0.4-0.8 mass ratio, and melting at 260-270 degrees C.
