NOVELTY - Polymer film comprises 92-135 pts. wt. perfluorosulfonic acid resin, 20-40 pts. wt. urea-formaldehyde resin, 12-23 pts. wt. chitosan, 6-10 pts. wt. microcrystalline cellulose, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene microchips, 8-13 pts. wt. nano silicon carbide, 6-15 pts. wt. cordierite powder, 8-12 pts. wt. nano ceramic powder, 5-9 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 7-16 pts. wt. stearic acid, 0.7-1.3 pts. wt. fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 4-6 pts. wt. potassium trimethylsiloxide, 1.6-3.5 pts. wt. zinc ethoxide. USE - As polymer film. ADVANTAGE - The polymer film has relatively longitudinal tensile strength, reaching above 127.3 MPa, has excellent film performance, meets the need of actual use, meets the application requirements, and is vigorously promoted and applied. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the polymer film involves (a) heating and melting perfluorosulfonic acid resin and urea-formaldehyde resin to obtain a liquid rubber compound, adding chlorinated paraffin and stearic acid to the liquid rubber compound, continuously heating and stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the base material, (b) mixing the microcrystalline cellulose, graphene microchips, nano silicon carbide, cordierite powder, and nano ceramic powder evenly, stirring after heating up, adding fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, potassium trimethylsiloxide, and zinc ethoxide and mixing, stirring after heating up, and cooling to room temperature to obtain surface modified filler, (c) heating and stirring the base material obtained in step (a), and the surface modified filler and chitosan prepared in step (b), and stirring in the extruder, high-temperature shearing, plasticizing, stirring, blending to obtain a mixed melt, transporting the melt to the die, and cooling and solidifying on a rapid cold roll to obtain a sheet, biaxially stretching, extracting, and heat-setting to obtain the product.
