NOVELTY - High melt index polypropylene anti-salt electret grain comprises 50-70 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 15-20 pts. wt. electret agent, 3-5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 3-5 pts. wt. glidant, 1-3 pts. wt. nucleating agent, 1-3 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 3-5 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.2-1 pts. wt. antioxidant and 5-10 p pts. wt. softener. USE - Used as high melt index polypropylene anti-salt electret grain. ADVANTAGE - The grain improves the melting index of polypropylene salt-resistant electret masterbatch by increasing the melting index; and prevents blockage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anti-salt electret grain comprising (i) storing all the above mentioned raw materials in in the storage tank; (ii) adding polypropylene resin, cross-linking agent and nucleating agent into the heating device respectively, and heating to a molten state at a temperature of 100-120 degrees C, and adding electret agent, glidant, compatibilizer and antioxidant and stirring to agglomerate in a semi-molten state; (iii) grinding the semi-melted agglomerated material into flake fragments by a three-roll mill, and measuring flake fragments and the lubricant and softener in a low-speed mixer to 500-700 revolutions/minutes speed stirring for 5-10 minutes; and (iv) transferring mixture to the twin-screw extrusion equipment, after melting and blending, drawing the material out, pelletizing, passing through a vibrating screen, allowing to enter the finished product warehouse.
