▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for electrochemically preparing graphene involves (a) mixing electrolyte with deionized water and then mixing with hydrogen peroxide to prepare final electrolyte solution, where the electrolyte comprises sulfate, benzene sulfonate and their derivatives, benzene disulfonate and their derivatives, naphthalene sulfonate and their derivatives, naphthalene disulfonate and their derivatives, pyrene sulfonate, and their derivatives, and pyrene disulfonate and their derivatives, (b) inserting a graphite foil and a counter electrode into the electrolyte solution, applying a voltage of 5-60 V by using a power supply, electrolyzing, and washing to obtain a graphene primary product, and (c) drying the obtained graphene primary product, adding water for ultrasonic treatment, standing, and removing precipitates to obtain the low-oxygen-content graphene product. USE - The method is useful for electrochemically preparing graphene, which is used in the fields of polymer nanocomposites, bioscaffold materials, optoelectronic functional materials, electrically conductive materials, thermally conductive materials, catalyst supports, coatings, touch screens, wearable devices, light-emitting diodes, solar cells, supercapacitors, lithium-ion batteries, sensors, terahertz devices, integrated circuits, seawater desalination, hydrogen storage, and controlled drug release (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method electrochemically prepares graphene having low-oxygen-content.
