▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Detecting tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in a sample involves bringing the sample into contact with a graphene layer functionalized with an antibody exhibiting specific binding to THC, applying a time-varying electric field to antibody-functionalized graphene layer, monitoring at least one electrical property of graphene layer in response to interaction with sample, and detecting presence of THC in the sample by detecting a change in electrical property indicative of interaction of THC with anti-body functionalized graphene layer. USE - Method for detecting tetrahydrocannabinol in a sample. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a system for detecting THC in a sample, which comprises a sensor, comprising a substrate, a graphene layer deposited on a surface of substrate, graphene layer being functionalized with multiple antibodies exhibiting specific binding to THC, at least one pair of electrically conductive pads coupled to anti-body-functionalized graphene layer for measuring an electrical property.
