NOVELTY - Sodium molybdate is dissolved in a mixed solution of ethanol and water to form a solution. To obtained solution, sodium thiocyanate and sodium chloride are dissolved. Oxidized graphene nanoflakes are ultrasonically dispersed in obtained solution and then filtered. The obtained filtrate is heated in stainless steel reactor, cooled to room temperature, filtered and centrifuged. The obtained product is washed using deionized water and absolute ethyl alcohol, and dried in nitrogen-hydrogen atmosphere, to obtain graphene/molybdenum disulfide nanocomposite material. USE - Manufacture of graphene/molybdenum disulfide nanocomposite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Sodium molybdate is dissolved in a mixed solution of ethanol and water to form a solution (0.02-0.05 mol/L). To obtained solution, sodium thiocyanate and sodium chloride are dissolved. The mass ratio of sodium thiocyanate and sodium molybdate is 2:1-4:1. The mass ratio of sodium chloride and sodium molybdate is 2:1-4:1. Oxidized graphene nanoflakes are ultrasonically dispersed in obtained solution and then filtered. The mass ratio of oxidized graphene and sodium molybdate is 1:1-4:1. The obtained filtrate is heated in stainless steel reactor at 180-220 degrees C for 24-48 hours. The obtained solution is cooled to room temperature, filtered and centrifuged. The obtained product is washed using deionized water and absolute ethyl alcohol, and dried by heating at 800-900 degrees C for 2 hours in nitrogen-hydrogen atmosphere, to obtain graphene/molybdenum nanocomposite material. The graphene/molybdenum disulfide nanocomposite material has hollow tubular structure having length of 1-3 mu m and diameter of 200-500 nm.
