NOVELTY - A graphene-reinforced nylon resin comprises 68-76 wt.% nylon 66 or nylon 6, 20-25 wt.% phosphorus-nitrogen synergistic flame retardant nylon, 1-5 wt.% modified graphene, and 1-2 wt.% auxiliary agent. USE - A graphene-reinforced nylon resin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Graphene-reinforced nylon resin improves interfacial bonding of nylon and uniform dispersion of nylon-graphene resin and has excellent electrical performance and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-reinforced nylon resin which involves performing surface pretreatment on graphene with additives, mixing raw materials at 220-280 degrees C in high-speed mixing hopper, placing in double-screw extruder with length-to-diameter ratio (L/D) of 32:1-40:1, and vacuum pelletizing.
