NOVELTY - Anti-mold latex paint comprises 8-15 pts. wt. graphene and carbon nanotube remaining material, 15-20 pts. wt. carbon fiber modified Teflon (RTM: non ionic surfactant) 15-25 pts. wt. carbon fiber modified oxypropoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, 10-18 pts. wt. nano-silver fiber modified cellulose, 10-15 pts. wt. nano-silver fiber modified chitosan, 15-20 pts. wt. natural colored sand, 30-50 pts. wt. silicon-based modified pure acrylic resin, 20-30 pts. wt. natural latex, 2-4 pts. wt. dispersant, 10-15 pts. wt. polyepichlorohydrin, 5-13 pts. wt. lead disilicate, 3-8 pts. wt. silver nitrate whiskers, 2-3 pts. wt. curing agent, 2-5 pts. wt. foaming agent, 2-4 pts. wt. film forming aids, 30-50 pts. wt. silicon-based modified polyurethane, and 40-80 pts. wt. glycerin water mixture. USE - Anti-mold latex paint. ADVANTAGE - The anti-mold latex paint is significantly improve the bactericidal and fungicidal effect of latex paint, and has better compatibility with latex paint, improves the anti-mildew and antibacterial effect, and also improves ability to combine with organic latex paint and significantly improves weather resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing anti-mold latex paint, which involves: (A) placing carbon fiber modified Teflon, carbon fiber modified oxypropoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, nano silver fiber modified cellulose, nano silver fiber modified chitosan, silicon-based modified pure acrylic resin, natural latex, polyepichlorohydrin, and silicon-based modified polyurethane in a stirred tank, stirring at a medium speed at 60-80 degrees C, stir until the mixture is uniform, then adding 40-60 wt.% glycerin water mixture, stirring again, and cool to 50-60 degrees C, after stirring to obtain first mixture; (B) placing graphene and carbon nanotube remnants, natural colored sand, dispersant, lead disilicate, silver nitrate whiskers, curing agent, defoamer, and film forming aids in a stirred tank, and heating to 70-90 degrees C for rapid stirring, stirring, adding remaining glycerin water mixture, stirring, until it is uniformly mixed, and cooling to 50-60 degrees C, after stirring to obtain second mixture; and (C) adding second mixture at a constant speed while stirring, and controlling the temperature to 60-90 degrees C and stirring, until the color of the mixture does not change with the stirring, and then placing ultrasonic generator in the mixture for ultrasonic vibration for 30-150 minutes, and naturally cooling to room temperature, and finally get the anti-mildew latex paint.
